If your product arrives with a defect, please take photos or videos and email us at support@lukecase.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payments.

Please note we are not able to accept any returns of personalized products unless the product is faulty.

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase simply return your item within 30 days from your delivery date and we will issue a refund.
